"Back to Nature" Rental Rates

We offer three seasonal rates, which are defined as follows:

REGULAR SEASON: $215.00/Night (3 night min.) $1290.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum January through May and September except Holiday Weekends; 3 night minimum August 16th thru August 31st, November and December except Premier and Holiday Seasons.

PREMIER SEASON: $260.00/Night (3 night min.) $1560.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night Minimum Valentine's Weekend; 3 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, June 1st thru August 15th and October.

HOLIDAY SEASON: $280.00/Night $1680.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 7 night minimum Thanksgiving season; 4 night minimum Christmas through New Years season.


OTHER CHARGES: A $55.00 reservation fee will be added to your reservation.
