"Back to Nature" Rental Rates

We offer three seasonal rates, which are defined as follows:

VALUE SEASON: $195.00/Night $1,365.00/Week + 12.75% Tax. 2 night minimum January through May and September, 3 night minimum August 16th thru August 31st, November and December except Premier Season, Holiday Season or Holiday Weekends;

PREMIER SEASON: $235.00/Night (3 night min.) $1,645.00/Week + 12.75% Tax. 2 night minimum Valentine's Weekend; 3 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, June 1st thru August 15th, Labor Day Weekend and October.

HOLIDAY SEASON: $270.00/Night $1,890.00/Week + 12.75% Tax. 3 night minimum July 4th holiday; 7 night minimum Thanksgiving season; 4 night minimum Christmas through New Years season.
