"Back to Nature" Rental Rates

We offer four seasonal rates, which are defined as follows:

VALUE SEASON: $225.00/Night $1,575.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum January through May and September except Holiday Weekends;

REGULAR SEASON: $240.00/Night $1,680.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum January through May and September except Holiday Weekends; 3 night minimum August 16th thru August 31st, November and December except Premier and Holiday Seasons.

PREMIER SEASON: $270.00/Night (3 night min.) $1,890.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum Valentine's Weekend; 3 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, June 1st thru August 15th and October.

HOLIDAY SEASON: $295.00/Night $2,065.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 3 night minimum July 4th holiday; 7 night minimum Thanksgiving season; 4 night minimum Christmas through New Years season.
